1. Preamble

Welcome to Eduveda Training & Internship Pvt. Ltd., where our mission is to offer transformational training, upskilling, and project-based learning programs tailored for students and young professionals across India. Our operations are built on the foundation of integrity, transparency, and educational impact. While we remain steadfast in delivering quality education and internship-driven learning experiences, we also recognize that exceptional circumstances may give rise to refund requests. This Refund Policy Agreement outlines our official position, procedures, and rationale regarding such cases, and aims to ensure that both parties—Eduveda and the student—have a clear understanding of our commitments and limitations.

2. Financial Transparency and Equitability

At Eduveda, we uphold absolute financial transparency. All pricing, course fees, and processing charges are communicated upfront during onboarding and registration—without hidden costs or post-payment escalations. Every student is treated equitably under this policy, regardless of their background, domain, or batch. We strive to maintain fairness and integrity throughout the enrollment lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of this refund framework.

3. Eduveda's Refund Policy: General Clause

Eduveda's default refund stance is strictly non-refundable for all registration and training programs unless an exception (as outlined below) is explicitly applicable. This includes the non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000, which once paid, triggers backend system assignments, mentor resource allocation, LMS configuration, and community onboarding operations. As such, no refund requests will be entertained under normal circumstances.

4. The Rationale Behind Our No-Refund Policy

Creating and managing Eduveda's learning ecosystem requires significant investment in human, technical, and intellectual resources. Upon payment, students are granted access or queued for:

  • LMS Dashboard and course infrastructure
  • Unique student profile and registration code generation
  • Assignment of domain-specific mentors and counselors
  • Backend initialization of certificate ID systems and project placeholders
  • WhatsApp and Telegram group onboarding for company updates and internship opportunities
  • Project setup for collaboration with partners like Unstop and Internshala
  • Access to the question bank, exam systems, feedback portals, and onboarding documentation

These processes consume server resources, incur setup costs, and initiate irreversible database configurations. For these reasons, once a registration is confirmed—even if the student chooses not to continue—the financial and operational costs borne by Eduveda cannot be undone, hence the non-refundability of the registration fee.

5. Pre-Registration or Seat Booking Fee

The Registration Fee / Seat Booking Fee of ₹1000 is non-refundable, and this is clearly communicated at the time of enrollment and again in the program confirmation mail. This fee contributes to backend technical workflows and is retained as compensation for platform access, configuration costs, and mentor-counselor allocation.

6. Procedure for Refund Requests (Only in Exceptional Cases)

Eduveda does not process refunds under normal circumstances. However, in limited and time-sensitive exceptions, students may be considered for refund eligibility if and only if the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is raised within 12 hours of payment, and no access has been granted to: Eduveda LMS, Orientation Groups (WhatsApp/Telegram), Mentor/Counselor communication, Profile activation, or receipt of onboarding mail.
  • The student must submit a written request with complete reasoning via email to: support@eduveda.co.in using the subject line: "URGENT REFUND REQUEST – REGISTRATION ID ####" from their registered email ID.
  • The student must attach a valid payment screenshot/transaction reference and explain the reason with verifiable proof if citing emergencies.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Eduveda is not responsible for delays caused by external banking/payment systems.

7. Emergency-Based Refund or Batch Hold (Rare and Reviewed)

In exceptional humanitarian emergencies, the student may request a batch hold or refund consideration if they meet all prior eligibility checks. Acceptable emergencies include:

  • Serious illness or hospitalization (medical certificate mandatory)
  • Death in the immediate family (official proof required)
  • University examination overlap (with university-issued schedule)
  • Natural disaster or unforeseen legal/personal emergencies

In such events: Students may request batch postponement or credit transfer instead of a refund. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of registration. Refunds will be considered only if no system access or onboarding was completed. Eduveda reserves the right to approve or deny emergency-based requests at its sole discretion and without obligation.

8. Scenarios Where Refund Requests Will Be Rejected

Refund requests will not be processed if:

  • LMS login was completed or any dashboard was accessed.
  • Orientation group invite was accepted (Telegram/WhatsApp).
  • Onboarding emails or forms were received.
  • Mentorship or counselor assignment was initiated.
  • Certificates, IDs, or question banks were generated.
  • More than 12 hours have passed since payment.
  • Vague reasons such as "lost interest," "found another course," or "changed mind" are cited.

Additionally, refunds will not be entertained in the following cases: Participation in referral programs or sharing of referral codes, Multiple registration attempts by the same student, Technical difficulties not reported within 2 hours of occurrence, EMI payment delay or rejection after registration, Any form of misuse or manipulation of Eduveda systems.

9. Amendments to the Refund Policy

Eduveda reserves the right to revise or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the official Eduveda website and communicated via registered channels. Changes will be binding for all future transactions and applicable retroactively unless otherwise stated.

This Refund Policy has been designed to protect the integrity of Eduveda's offerings, uphold fairness, and manage resources efficiently. By completing your registration, you affirm that: You have read and agreed to the Eduveda Refund Policy. You understand that the registration fee is non-refundable except under rare, verified exceptions. You will raise any refund-related queries only through official email, and within the stipulated timeframes.
