Eduveda Training & Internship Private Limited

Last updated: June 2024

1. Enrollment and Introduction Process

By enrolling in Eduveda Training & Internship Private Limited, each student acknowledges and agrees to the full set of terms, policies, and legal obligations set forth in this agreement. The enrollment process typically begins with a student being introduced to Eduveda through trusted Campus Ambassadors (CAs), who share official information in verified WhatsApp or Telegram groups. These ambassadors are responsible for guiding students toward Eduveda's offerings, including training programs, orientation sessions, and scholarship opportunities. Eduveda may use simulation-based responses in these groups for guidance and transparency. Once interested, students share their personal information and receive a consultation from an officially verified Eduveda counselor. Students are strongly encouraged to confirm the identity of counselors by checking the official Eduveda email ID or the Eduveda-verified WhatsApp logo before making any payments.

2. Registration Fees and Payment Terms

Registration begins with a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000, paid through secure gateways such as Cashfree, Razorpay, or Easebuzz. The remaining course fee must be paid within 10 days of registration or at least 15 days before the batch starts, whichever is earlier. Delay in clearing the pending amount may result in access delays, enrollment cancellation, or legal action under Sections 73 and 74 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Upon confirmation of payment, students receive access to Eduveda's LMS and onboarding materials including orientation schedules, counselor contact details, and links to official WhatsApp communities and update channels.

3. LMS Access and Profile Completion

Inside the LMS, students are required to complete their full profile, including academic and personal details. They also select their preferred learning domain and may indicate interest in specific companies for future alerts and opportunities. However, Eduveda does not guarantee any job or internship placements with these companies. The company preference section is only used for internal shortlisting and training relevance. Students are also matched with a mentor or may select one based on their goals and domain interests. Mentorship may include 1:1 sessions, especially in collaboration with platforms like Unstop.

4. Learning Tracks and Program Structure

Eduveda offers multiple learning tracks, including the Self-Paced Track (for independent learners with pre-recorded modules), the Mentor-Led Track (with regular feedback and structured timelines), and the Career Edge Program (featuring live sessions, personal guidance, and project support). All tracks are fully online, and Eduveda does not conduct in-person or offline classes.

5. Internship Modules and Certification

Eduveda's programs include internship modules that require students to submit a project. Once submitted and approved, students become eligible to receive downloadable certificates and may be encouraged to share their work on LinkedIn. Certification is only awarded upon successful completion of all training phases, including assessments and evaluations. Students must score at least 75% in their internal tests and show sincerity and honesty during exams. Cheating or unethical practices will lead to revocation of access, loss of certification, or further legal action.

6. No-Refund Policy and Legal Consequences

The program operates under a strict no-refund policy, effective immediately upon payment. This is to safeguard Eduveda's investment in content development, platform infrastructure, and mentorship. Attempting unauthorized chargebacks or false refund claims is a criminal offense under Section 403 of the IPC and will be pursued legally. Payment defaulters may face account suspension, blacklisting, and formal debt recovery under the Civil Procedure Code. Legal notices will be issued, and defaults may be reported to credit bureaus or educational authorities, affecting the student's future opportunities.

7. Referral Cart Program

Students can optionally participate in the Referral Cart Program to refer peers from their college. If a student successfully refers five or more fully enrolled students, Eduveda may waive their remaining program fee as a token of appreciation. This benefit is subject to internal verification and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers. Misuse of the referral system, including fake IDs or false enrollments, will result in expulsion and potential legal charges under Sections 417 and 419 of the IPC.

8. Intellectual Property and Data Protection

All educational content—including course videos, training materials, and certification formats—is the sole intellectual property of Eduveda. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of these materials will result in legal action under copyright and contract laws. Eduveda complies with India's data protection regulations, ensuring that student data is stored securely and used only for educational purposes. Breaches of confidentiality or misuse of personal data by either students or staff will result in serious consequences under the IT Act, 2000.

9. Academic Integrity and Professional Conduct

Students are required to maintain academic integrity and professionalism throughout their program. Any form of cheating, harassment, plagiarism, or misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from the course without any refund or certification. Eduveda may monitor and record calls or messages between students and staff for training, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

All disputes or claims must first be addressed through Eduveda's internal resolution channels (email or LMS ticket). If unresolved, the matter will be settled through arbitration in Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English. Eduveda's liability is limited to the actual value of services provided. It will not be held responsible for indirect losses, including employment delays or third-party disruptions.

11. Final Agreement and Acknowledgment

By enrolling, the student confirms that they have voluntarily understood, accepted, and signed this legally binding agreement, with full knowledge of its terms and without being misled or coerced. They understand that no guarantees are made regarding internships or jobs and that their success depends on performance, participation, and personal effort.
